The Scottish Council on Visual Impairment is an umbrella organisation committed to promoting equality and opportunity for people affected by serious sight loss across Scotland.
We do this by supporting the work of our members and working alongside other relevant bodies.
Our mission is for blind and partially-sighted people throughout Scotland to lead independent and included lives.
